This is an action in contract against Newton Waltham Glass Co., Inc ("Newton") for breach of contract, and against Raymond Daigle ("Daigle") based upon a separate contract of guarantee. The case was remanded to the Waltham Division pursuant to G.L.c. 231, § 102C.
