This matter is presently before the court upon defendant's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's wrongful levy claim. Plaintiff1 contends that the government wrongfully levied on property which belonged to her and not to Pottorf Farms, Inc. or to Floyd W. Pottorf, the delinquent taxpayers.
