Kevin Walker was charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1988), and using and carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (1988). Walker entered a conditional plea of guilty to one of the possession charges and the firearm charge under Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), reserving the right to challenge on appeal the district court's denial of his suppression motion...
