This is a breach of contract action brought by plaintiffs Robert S. and Laurel A. Wilcox ("the buyers") to recover a $31,000.00 deposit paid by them, as prospective buyers, under an agreement for the purchase and sale of real estate owned by the defendants, Frederick and Deborah Oberg ("Obergs").
