Chrysler Motors Corporation (CMC) has commenced the above-captioned case against the International Union, Allied Industrial Workers of America, AFL-CIO, and Local 793 (the Unions) seeking an order vacating an arbitrator's award issued on July 24, 1989, because it is contrary to public policy.
