This is an appeal from an order of the Huron County Common Pleas Court, which granted summary judgment to defendant-appellee, Christine McMonagle, on plaintiffappellant's complaint for damages for appellee's alleged negligence in the performance of her duties as a court-appointed guardian ad litem for his children during divorce proceedings in the Domestic Relations Division of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
