SINGLETON, Judge.

Edward Knowlton pled no contest and was convicted of four counts of forgery in the second degree, a class C felony, in violation of AS 11.46.505(a)(1). Knowlton entered into a stipulation with the state, approved by the trial court, permitting him to reserve for appeal the question whether the trial court erred in denying Knowlton's motion to dismiss based on Alaska Rule of Criminal Procedure 45.
