Troy Trudeau appeals a judgment of conviction for party to robbery, contrary to secs. 943.32(1) and 939.05, Stats., and an order denying postconviction relief. Trudeau contends that the trial court erred by allowing him to be impeached by evidence of prior criminal acts to which he had pled guilty, but had not yet been sentenced.
