Rodriguez was convicted of first degree murder on the basis of an identification by a single witness and sentenced to life imprisonment. The appeals process has been long and exhaustive. Fourteen years later, in this, his second petition for a writ of habeas corpus, Rodriguez asks for relief on nine separate grounds, raising substantial questions about the admissibility...
