Steven M. De Long, an in forma pauperis litigant, appeals from a sua sponte order of the district court which enjoined De Long from filing any further actions or papers with the federal district court without first obtaining leave of the court's general duty judge. De Long also appeals the district court's dismissal of his habeas corpus petitions and denial of his Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) motion. We affirm the district court's dismissal...
