Coopers & Lybrand appeals from the district court's order of dismissal, granted pursuant to the doctrine of Colorado River Water Conservation District v. United States, 424 U.S. 800, 96 S.Ct. 1236, 47 L.Ed.2d 483 (1976). The district court concluded that dismissal was appropriate because of the progress of the parallel state court litigation and because the state forum was adequate to resolve the questions...
