This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Milwaukee County, Ronald S. Goldberger, Circuit Judge. The order dismissed a petition to extend a juvenile delinquency dispositional order because the petition was scheduled for hearing after the juvenile's eighteen birthday.
