Jeannie Barrientos (Barrientos) appeals the Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) dismissal, based on ERISA1 preemption, of her state law claims against David R. Barrientos and Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (Reliance). We AFFIRM.
