This appeal by defendants, Plymouth Exports, Inc., ("Export") and William Thurber ("Thurber"), challenges various rulings in favor of the plaintiff, Plymouth-Home National Bank ("Bank"). Those rulings denied Thurber leave to amend his answer and counterclaim, granted summary judgment on demand notes executed by Export and guaranteed by Thurber, and allowed entry of final judgment.
