CLARK, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff Jet Charter Service, Inc. ("Jet Charter") appeals the district court's grant of defendant Banque Paribas (Suisse) S.A.'s ("Paribas") motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We affirm.
