A group of municipal firefighters brought suit for a discriminatory reduction in pay more than three years after the reduction took effect. They appeal from the dismissal of their complaint as barred by the three-year statute of limitations, contending that the alleged violation of law was continuing, and that the statute bars only their collecting damages for more than three years.
