Three former City of Miami police officers appeal their convictions of various offenses stemming from a conspiracy to steal narcotics from criminal suspects and sell the drugs to third parties for distribution. After carefully reviewing all of the bases for relief raised by appellant Ricardo Perez, we conclude that his contentions of error are without merit and affirm his conviction on all counts pursuant to Eleventh Circuit Rule 36-1.
