Appellant Barrie Ira Bloom (husband) appeals from an order of the district court which denied his motion to enforce certain provisions of a divorce decree which he contended appellee Mona L. Bloom (wife) was not following. His principal concern is that the district court did not provide him with a hearing and, thus, he was denied due process of law. We agree that a hearing was necessary and reverse the order...
