Defendants Kathryn Kelly ("Kelly"), JGC Trust # 2 ("JGC Trust") and Thomas J. Connelly ("Connelly") (collectively, the "Defendants") have moved to dismiss the adversary complaints brought against them by plaintiff Winston & Strawn ("W & S") (the "Adversary Complaints") (the "Motions").
