This case presents two issues: First whether the judgment entered pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b) on a class action issue rendered an earlier discovery order awarding attorney's fees under Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(a)(4) a final appealable order. Second, if appeal of the attorney's fee award is timely, whether the district court abused its discretion in calculating the amount awarded. We conclude that the appeal of the award of attorney's fees is timely...
