This is an action by Mike Miller (Mike) to partition land (the ranch) that he and Tim Miller (Tim), his brother, had purchased as tenants in common. The trial court found that Mike and Tim each owned an undivided half interest in the ranch and partitioned it in kind. Tim appeals.
