OPINION

JOHNSON, Judge:

THOMAS E. LAWRENCE, appellant, was tried by jury for the crime of Lewd Molestation (Counts I, II and III) in violation of 21 O.S. 1985, § 1123, in Case No. CRF-85-3436 in the District Court of Tulsa County. Appellant was represented by counsel. The jury returned a verdict of guilty on Count I and verdicts of not guilty on Counts II and III. The jury set punishment on Count I at five (5) years and six (6) months imprisonment....
