Southern Store & Restaurant Equipment Company and Bobby Chesser appeal from a judgment against them, based on a jury verdict, in favor of Wylene Maddox on her fraud claim arising from the purchase of a restaurant. Appellants contend the trial court erred by denying their motions for a directed verdict at the close of Maddox's case and at the close of the evidence and by denying their motion for judgment n.o.v. or in the alternative for a new trial...
