In this Louisiana diversity lawsuit brought by Plaintiff-Appellant, Northshore Cycles, Inc., against Defendant-Appellee, Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. (Yamaha), to force Yamaha to repurchase the inventory of Northshore after it voluntarily terminated its Dealer Agreement with Yamaha, the district court dismissed Northshore's complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
