DOOLEY, Justice.
The superior court granted plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, holding that plaintiff was entitled to a sales commission on the sale of defendant's aircraft. Defendant appeals, claiming two errors: (1) the trial court could not render a valid judgment because it lacked personal jurisdiction over him; and (2) summary judgment was improper as there were genuine issues of material fact.
