Lamb Construction Company filed suit in Bolivar County Chancery Court against the Town of Renova, Mississippi, G.E. Alexander, and Virden, Field & Alexander, Ltd., G.E. Alexander's engineering firm, alleging a breach of contract and asking for damages and an injunction. Lamb Construction also moved for summary judgment on the claim.
