Frank R. Chapman and Sharon Chapman appeal from a district court judgment rejecting their suit for specific performance of a real estate transaction. Their claim is based on a preemptive right they hold over a 22.6 acre tract owned by defendant Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY).
