Presently before the Court in this patent case is plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment. Plaintiffs are Tenax Corporation (hereinafter "Tenax"), RDB Plastotecnica SpA (hereinafter "RDB") and Mario Beretta (hereinafter "Beretta").1 They manufacture and retail a plastic netting product used in civil engineering projects.
