COX, Circuit Judge:

Point Vail Company, defendant below, appeals from a judgment rendered against it in favor of the intervening plaintiffs Seafarers Trust Funds. Point Vail does not contest liability; rather, it contends that the district court erred in holding that the Funds could satisfy their judgment from a bond posted for release of the M/V Point Vail. Point Vail also appeals the denial of a post-trial motion in which it sought to have the judgment overturned...
