Matti C. Aalto, Jr. appeals the judgments entered in the Superior Court (York County, Cole, J.) on jury verdicts finding him guilty of three counts of gross sexual misconduct, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253 (Supp.1988), and four counts of unlawful sexual contact, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 255 (Supp.1988). The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in admitting the testimony of two police officers that they found the defendant's failure...
