This is an action brought by plaintiff William Perry ("Perry"), as President of Local 6 of the International Longshoremen's Association, AFL-CIO, an unincorporated association ("Local 6")1 and intervenor plaintiff International Shipping Association ("ISA")2 against the defendant International Transport Workers' Federation ("ITF").3
