Yvonne Lopez (Lopez) challenges the sufficiency of the evidence in this case to establish the essential elements of the crime of obtaining property by false pretenses in violation of § 6-3-407(a), W.S. 1977 (June 1988 Repl.).1 She was tried by the judge without a jury and found guilty.
