The Louisiana State Bar Association, through its Chief Disciplinary Counsel, asks that defendant, attorney Ronald J. Kilgarlin, be disbarred from the practice of law.

By a prior opinion rendered October 23, 1989,1 Ronald J. Kilgarlin was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years. That suspension was imposed for Kilgarlin's commingling and conversion of clients' funds...
