Donald Allen appeals from the order of the Superior Court (Franklin County, Bradford, J.) denying his motion for relief from a divorce judgment pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 60, and to set aside omitted marital property, pursuant to 19 M.R.S.A. § 722-A(6) (Supp.1989), in connection with his 1961 divorce from Adelhied Weber. We affirm the order.
