Defendant, Kathleen Mobley, was charged by bill of information with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (DWI), third offense, in violation of La.R.S. 14:98. She was tried by jury and convicted as charged. Subsequently, the trial court sentenced her to imprisonment in the parish jail for a term of two years, with six months of the term to be served without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
