("Hutton Company") (Hutton Group and Hutton Company collectively "Hutton") sued George J. Aubin, his wife Cameron E. Aubin, several trading companies owned by George Aubin, John B. Haralson, Caren C. Grant, IBR, Inc., and RBI, Inc. (collectively "the Aubin parties") to recover approximately $60 million under multifarious...
