Upon reconsideration of that portion of this court's July 10, 1989 order denying defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff Jennifer Rogowski's claim alleging a denial of a property interest without due process of law, this court grants the motion of the remaining defendant New Hartford Central School District and dismisses this claim, thereby disposing of the complaint in its entirety...
