This case comes on appeal for a second time pursuant to defendant's petition for post-conviction relief. In the first appeal, this court determined that defendant was entitled to an evidentiary hearing for the purpose of determining whether defendant was the victim of ineffective assistance of counsel thereby making his guilty pleas involuntary.
