Gel Systems, Incorporated ("Gel") sued Hyundai Engineering & Construction Company ("Hyundai") for breach of contract in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. After a bench trial, the district court held that the parties never entered into a binding contract. Judgment was entered for Hyundai.
