The People in this interlocutory appeal challenge the district court's suppression of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and other items of evidence seized by police officers during a search pursuant to a warrant. In suppressing the evidence, the district court ruled that the affidavit supporting the search warrant failed to establish probable cause for the issuance of the warrant.
