COLE, Justice.

At issue is the constitutionality of La. R.S. 14:106(A)(6), regulating the advertisement, exhibition or display of sexually violent material. We find the statute does not meet the criteria for regulating obscene material set forth by the United States Supreme Court and therefore hold it to be unconstitutional.
