This appeal arose from the dismissal by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County of an action for breach of contract, conversion and breach of trust. The action grew out of a Florida estate and was brought by Linda Fink against her brothers, John Pohlman, individually and as personal representative of the estate, and Bruce Pohlman, Individually.
