Pursuant to a plan of reorganization, an agreement was executed on January 31, 1987, whereby Mansfield Plumbing Products, Inc. ("Mansfield Plumbing") and Clevaflex, two separate divisions of Clevepak, became wholly owned subsidiaries of Eagle Industries.
