Banque Libanaise Pour Le Commerce (France) (the "Bank") is a French banking corporation which operates a branch office in Abu Dhabi, one of the seven emirates comprising the United Arab Emirates ("U.A.E."). The Bank brought suit against Hanna Elias Khreich ("Khreich"), a former resident of Abu Dhabi. Khreich is now a naturalized American citizen and a Texas resident.
