Plaintiff Coker International, Inc. ("Coker") brings this action seeking rescission of its contract to purchase 221 used textile looms from defendant Burlington Industries, Inc. ("Burlington"), and seeking particularly the return of a "non-refundable down payment" called for by the contract.
