PER CURIAM.

Defendant Ralph Ross appeals his conviction on a charge of illegal possession of an unregistered firearm in violation of the National Firearms Act (the Act). We affirm.

I. Background

On November 4, 1987, Special Agent Kevin Cronin of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) searched Ralph Ross' home and discovered over 50 guns. Apparently all the guns except a 1915 French Chauchat machine...
