PER CURIAM:

A jury empaneled in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida convicted Alga Hope, Jr., of violating 18 U.S.C. § 371 by conspiring to commit an offense against the United States.1 Hope appeals his conviction on various grounds. We affirm.
