In this lender liability action, plaintiffs appeal the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, Wells Fargo Ag Credit Corporation (Wells Fargo). They maintain that the trial court erred in dismissing: (1) their breach of contract claim on the basis that the parol evidence rule bars evidence of the alleged agreement and that the claim was barred by the statute of limitations; (2) their "adhesion contract" claim as not supporting an award...
