This is an appeal from two decisions of the Vermont Human Services Board (Board) affirming denial by the Department of Social Welfare (Department) of petitioner's applications for food stamps and fuel assistance. We affirm.

The Department terminated petitioner's food stamp eligibility in 1984 due to her alleged failure to provide requested verification information about the composition of her household, as required by the Department policy...
