Defendant, Ceco Corporation, filed this appeal and consolidated writ application from the trial court's denial of its summary judgment and granting of other defendants' summary judgments. Plaintiff, Johnny Cooper, instituted a tort action seeking damages for injuries allegedly sustained while working as a cement finisher on a construction site.
